Widewell
Your Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) is a group of local police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers and PCSOs based in your area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across Devon and Cornwall.

We have been informed that there has been an increase in ASB (Anti-Social Behaviour) in Southway especially around the shopping precinct and the route between there and the Community Hub. Issued 10 January 2026 |
Southway Neighbourhood Policing Team are aware that anti-social behaviour can have a serious impact on a community, causing fear, anxiety, and isolation. We are working closely with the Community Connections department of PCC and our own Child Centred Policing Team in order to address this issue. Actioned 10 January 2026 |
