Your Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) is a group of local police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers and PCSOs based in your area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.

We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across Devon and Cornwall.

Tackling Anti-Social Behaviour During the Summer Holidays - UPDATE Issued 19 July 2026	Your local Neighbourhood Police Team have been carrying out increased patrols and closely monitoring reports of anti-social behaviour (ASB) across the area. We are pleased to inform you that ASB reports made to police have been minimal. We understand that the vast majority of young people enjoy their holidays responsibly. However, where anti-social behaviour occurs, we will respond robustly. Our aim is to ensure that everyone can enjoy a safe and peaceful summer. We encourage residents to continue reporting incidents of anti-social behaviour, as the information you provide helps us identify hotspots, direct patrols and take appropriate enforcement action where required.
