Ivybridge Town
Your Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) is a group of local police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers and PCSOs based in your area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across Devon and Cornwall.

Drink/drug driving around Ivybridge Town and surrounding area Issued 09 September 2025 |
Ivybridge Neighbourhood Officers have been out patrolling our local roads looking out for those under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs and causing a risk to other road users. The Neighbourhood Team recently arrested an 81yr old male who was almost twice the drink drive limit. We will continue to prioritise those who commit harm on our roads in the lead up to Christmas.
