St Columb Major
Your Neighbourhood Policing Team (NPT) is a group of local police officers dedicated to serving your community. The team is made up of officers and PCSOs based in your area, supported by additional officers from the wider area.
We work closely with local authorities, community leaders and residents to decide our policing priorities for the area. This helps us to find useful, long-term solutions to local problems, while maintaining our wider focus on reducing crime across Devon and Cornwall.

Newquay and St Columb Police are committed to dealing with Anti Social behaviour in the town. There has been numerous reports of Nuisance youths riding e-bikes in a dangerous manner, together with reports of damage at various locations. Members of the public are encouraged to report to Police to allow us to build an enhanced picture of offending. Issued 01 April 2026 |
Numerous People have been dealt with for offending in the town. Some work remains ongoing together with our Anti Social Behaviour worker at the council. Any information would help us to build a better picture. Actioned 01 April 2026 |

Newquay and St Columb Police are committed to combating drugs and organised Crime. This means reviewing community intelligence, carrying out regular patrols, applying for warrants when appropriate and carrying out disruption activity. Issued 01 April 2026 |
Numerous bits of community intelligence led to a positive Misuse of Drugs act warrant in the location recently. We would encourage local people to continue to report and talk to us. Actioned 01 April 2026 |
