Plympton Community Police

Dear Community

There has been damage caused to a central concrete bollard on the  Downfield Walk Plympton where two young teenagers were seen in the vicinity and one causing the damage. One male was short and slim wearing a black puffer jacket with a red T-shirt and a black baseball cap baseball cap with the Atari Motif on the back of it.  The other was taller and had a beige beany hat on and was wearing a chain around his neck.  If you know these young males who possibly live locally as they were carrying some items of shopping then please let us know.
