Is it a bird? Is it a plane? No, it's PCSO Jane Starkey on her E-bike!*

PCSO Starkey has been doing patrols around Sidmouth on her new set of wheels. Please feel free to stop her and say hello if you see her about! She will be doing proactive bicycle patrols throughout the summer.

*the bike is limited to 15mph, as per legal guidelines, so PCSO Starkey should not be confused with anything that actually flies
