Anti social behaviour / dangerous Riding

Dear Community 

On Friday Evening the 27th March a member of the local neighbourhood team witnessed a male dressed all in black  illegally riding a Surron E-bike in an anti social manner towards Plympton St Maurice on the back road at speed. This is a very dangerous activity as the male in question could hardly be seen and was a danger to himself and other road users. 

This evening Sunday the 29th whilst on patrol a young male again dressed in black riding a similar bike but lime green in colour, on seeing the police dis-appeared at speed from the carpark behind the Tesco express out towards St Mary's Church and later was seen riding passed the Sir Joshua Reynolds up the Ridgeway

I Have also witnessed a number of these cycles and others riding down the Ridgeway against the flow of traffic at speed and putting other pedestrians at risk.
