Assault and criminal damage, Plymouth

We are investigating a report of assault and criminal damage in Plymouth and have released pictures of a man we would like to speak to in connection with the incident.

It happened around 1pm on Saturday 25 October in the Charles Street area of Plymouth.

It was reported that a teenaged boy, who had been handing out leaflets, was assaulted and had his phone broken.

Officers investigating the incident would like to identify the man pictured as they believe he may be able to assist with their enquiries.
