Appeal for Information following Criminal Damage to vehicles (KNIGHTON ROAD/LANHYDROCK ROAD) |
||
|
Good Afternoon,
We have been made aware of; and are currently monitoring a series of instances of criminal damage involving vehicles parked in the vicinity of LANHYDROCK ROAD and KNIGHTON ROAD. Vehicles are having windows, windscreens and wing-mirrors damaged and bodywork of the vehicles being dented.
We are currently appealing for any information or CCTV opportunities for residents who have witnessed any suspicious behaviour or have been affected directly but have not yet reported this to the police.
PCSO SOUCH 30771 will be present on KNIGHTON ROAD today conducting house-to-house enquiries.
At this time, we encourage residents to consider in-car detection such as dash-cams, locking vehicles, folding in wing mirrors when vehicles are parked and enabling interior alarm systems on the vehicle where available to provide as many deterrents as possible.
We do not currently have any descriptions of possible suspect(s) and believe that these incidents are happening in the early hours of the morning where there is poor visibility and minimal footfall.
If you have any information that is linked to these events, please respond to this message or email
NPS-PlymouthCentral@devonandcornwall.police.uk
