UKPAC Torbay pilot

Torquay Neighbourhood Team would encourage any business owner in Torbay of any size to take advantage of the remaining months (until April 2026) of a free subscription to the UK Partners Against Crime (UKPAC) initiative. 

Increased reporting and a network of linked trades allows us to focus our resources to targeting those causing the most harm to the business community. 

We have already begun to see the benefits of this working in partnership with Torbay Council CCTV and Town Centre Officers also part of this evolving network.

The free-trial period for the UKPAC system will end April 2026.
