The warm weather is finally here!

As temperatures rise, please do not leave dogs or other animals unattended in vehicles - even for a few minutes. 

Cars can heat up dangerously fast and cause serious harm or death.

If dogs are found in vehicles, the police may be contacted immediately and action will be taken to protect the animal. 

Owners could face investigation for animal welfare offences.
